Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a missed appointment fee.
Payment
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as cash and cheque at the clinic.
Direct billing is available for Blue Cross, Green Shield, VAC, and RCMP. If your extended healthcare doesn't fall under one of these categories, we always provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company to get reimbursed if you have coverage for Massage Therapy under your plan.
